Free Carriage Offers

Free carriage offers will always be subject to the following terms:

 

1. The order total must be greater than the advertised amount excluding discounts and VAT

2. A maximum of 1 parcel and 24 kilos per free delivery

3.  Free carriage only applies to orders shipped to a UK Mainland address.


Chargeable UK Deliveries

All UK deliveries are posted for next day delivery (Excluding Sat & Sun) to sign for by Royal Mail or UK courier Service.

 

-          Large Letters: £4.00

-          Small Parcel up to 1 kilo: £5.00

-          Parcel 1-2 kilos: £6.00

-          Large Parcel 2-25 kilos: £7.50

 

Some Scottish and offshore deliveries may incur additional charges.

The default postal charge is for a parcel 1 - 2 kilos, if required this charge will be amended to the correct postage for your parcel once it is prepared 

 

European and International deliveries

Current European and international delivery rates are calculated manually when your order is processed and is determined by your order weight, order dimensions and delivery address. All European and international delivery charges will be communicated and agreed before shipments are released.

 

Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working day.  Delivery times may alter during busy periods.

 

Returns and exchanges

We comply with UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, details of which are available online.   You have a period of seven working days to consider your purchases and the right to cancel and return any online transaction within that time.

 

If you are unhappy with any purchase, please contact us within seven days and we will resolve any problems you may have.

 

If you wish to return any items for exchange or refund please contact us within 7 days of receipt to advise us of the return and to request a returns reference.  You are responsible for ensuring that all returned items are packaged appropriately and that they are returned to us in the same condition they were received. Goods returned after 7 days, without a returns reference or in an unacceptable condition will not be accepted.

 

All items must be returned to Dolphin Minerals, Unit 1b Harwood Road, Northminster Business Park, Upper Poppleton, York, YO26 6QU.

 

Damaged Goods

All parcels must be checked on receipt and you must inform us of any damaged goods on the day they are checked.  Where ever possible damaged goods will be replaced, but if we are unable to replace them we will refund them in full.  You must inform us before you return any damaged in transit goods, damaged goods which are returned without prior notice will not be accepted.
