Terms & ConditionsOur Promise To YouWe promise to deliver high quality goods at low prices. We will keep you informed of your order should any problems arise, i.e. item out of stock. We will give you the choice of waiting for the item to be re-stocked or cancelling the item from the order. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Delivery We aim to deliver all UK orders within 7 working days of cleared payment. UK - Free delivery on orders over £300 UK - £5.00 on orders under £300* Non UK - £15.00 flat rate* *Applies to orders under 25kg Tax Charges All products are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% Our Commitment To Privacy Your privacy is very important to us, the details we collect from you, name, address, credit card information, phone numbers and email will by no means be shared with any third parties and will be soley used for your order only.* *Delivery companies will have name and address for delivery purposes only. Returns Policy Under the 'Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations' you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days after the day you received the goods. Please contact us as soon as possible if this is your intention. The regulations state we must provide you with a full refund for the goods within 30 days of the cancellation. We will request that you return the goods in the condition they were received at your own cost. If the consumer does not return the goods, a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the cost of collecting the goods. We do recommend that you use a trackable postage method when returning goods. Unfortunately we cannot refund additional shipping charges either incurred or requested in addition to our default rates. If in the rare event that the goods are faulty or 'not suitable for the use that they were intended for', please take into account the item images and descriptions displayed prior to purchasing, we will offer a replacement or refund monies paid if the goods are returned within 28 days unless a fault is caused by neglect, misuse or by accident.
