European and International deliveries
Current European and international delivery rates are calculated manually when your order is processed and is determined by your order weight, order dimensions and delivery address. Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working day. Delivery times may alter during busy periods.
UK Returns and exchanges
We are proud of the quality and range of the products we supply, but understand that deliveries don’t always arrive as you expect them to and we want you to be entirely satisfied with everything you purchase from us. With that in mind we want to make returns as easy and fair as possible, so if you wish to return an item for exchange because you have decided it’s not what you expected so no longer wish to keep it, or if it was damaged during delivery it’s not a problem but please ensure you adhere to the following conditions:
- Any items being returned must be returned within 14 days of the items being received
- If for any reason you are unable to return the items within 14 days, you must let us know what it is you wish to return within that 14 days
- A note of any goods being returned outside our 14 day period must be recorded in our returns diary with an agreed date of when the goods must be returned by
- You must take a note of the name of the staff member you make this agreement with and this name must be included in the returning information
- All returned items must be packaged appropriately and returned to us in the same condition they were received
- Goods being returned must be returned with a note identifying the returning parties full trading details, the number of the invoice the returned goods are listed and a brief note of the reason the goods are being returned
- All parcels must be checked on receipt and you must inform us of any damaged goods on the day they are received
- You must inform us of any goods which are being returned due to being damage on arrival before you return them
We will always do what we can to replace or credit stock but are unable to credit goods if they are damaged after delivery, reworked or from old/missing invoices, therefore goods returned to us outside of the conditions above will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer for payment.
Please also ensure you package any returns well and help us to help you by giving reasons for your return. We will cover the cost of all return postage (not exceeding the cost shown in our postage table above) in the form of a credit to your account to be used against future goods and, wherever possible, damaged goods will be replaced, but if we are unable to replace them we will refund them in full.
All European and international returns will need to be agreed with us in writing before they can be returned, so please ensure you you contact us at your earliest opportunity
