Orders placed on our website over £250 (before VAT and other discounts) are eligible for free shipping, subject to the following terms:
- Cost of delivery cannot be greater than 10% of the order cost before VAT and other discounts.
- Eligible orders weighing over 15kg may incur an additional weight charge for each kilo above 15kg.
Free Carriage Offers
Although we would love to be able to ship all our parcels free of charge, it’s not always possible so our free carriage offer is subject to the following terms:
1. The order total must be greater than the advertised amount before VAT and after any additional discounts have been deducted.
2. Free delivery is only available on parcels weighing up to 15 kilo, each kilo after this will be charged.
3. Free delivery offer is only available on our nominated courier classic by land service. If our courier is unable to provide this service free delivery will not be possible
4. If our courier is unable to offer the appropriate service a discounts may be applied to the value of the unavailable service
5. For shipment to some countries postage discounts may be applied up to the value of 10% of the invoice total, after additional discounts have been deducted and before VAT.
6. We will always communicate and agree any required postage charges before goods are shipped outside of the UK mainland.
7. This free carriage offer can be removed without notice.
